Negara BUMN (BadanUsaha Milik Negara) menargetkan dari jumlah BUMN yang merugi
tahun 2009 sebanyak 20 perusahaan, akan berkurang separuhnya menjadi 10
perusahaan pada tahun 2010 ini. Caranya, antara lain dengan melakukan rightsizing, merger, hingga penyuntikan
modal. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah sendiri tidak akan menyediakan modal,
melainkan bisa disuntik oleh antar BUMN.
