Gugatan untuk membatalkan perjanjian kerja samapembangunan jalan tol Cikampek-Cibitung dan berakhir pada 2002 oleh PT JasaMarga (Persero) Tbk kepada PT Bangun Tjipta Sarana melalui Pengadilan NegeriJakarta Pusat dikarenakan selama ini hanya menikmati hasil 1% dari bagi hasilyang seharusnya 69% untuk PT Bangun Tjipta dan PT Jasa Marga 31%. Tergugat yangmenganggap sah perjanjian kerja sama bagi hasil jalan tol bukanlah investor danhanya ditugasi untuk membiayai dana pelebaran jalan dari Cikampek ke Cibitungsepanjang 9,4 kilometer dengan pola pembayarannya lewat bagi hasil selama 26tahun. Keduanya merupakan kontraktor ruas jalan Cibitung-Cikampek.
